As an Aviation Dispatcher, you are the key to the success of our cleaning operations You ensure everything runs smoothly according to the highest quality standards, making sure everything is on track. You are the connecting link between the cleaning team, customers, and management. Thanks to your excellent planning and guidance, goals are met, and the customer remains satisfied
Your responsibilities:
Daily planning and task distribution within the team, with the goal of: no delays
Resolving unexpected situations, such as absences, changes in flight schedules, and unforeseen circumstances on board the aircraft.
Handling administration, such as reports, invoicing, complaint management, lost & found, and more
Monitoring safety and quality requirements, ensuring everything meets the strict standards.
Our expectations
Experience in a coordinating role, within aviation or facility services, is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and basic English.
Willingness to work in shifts (morning shift 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, evening shift 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) and on weekends.
Proficient with PDA systems and Microsoft Office for planning tasks.
Stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
You have a driver's license (category B) and are willing to obtain a tarmac license in the short term.
