Legal Assistant
A dynamic and supportive role in a law firm located in Brussels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Effective diary management and coordination of lawyers' appointments
* Timely encoding and monitoring of timesheets
* Organisation of meetings, drafting of minutes and follow-up of actions
* Handling of legal and administrative correspondence
* Filing, record-keeping and other standard administrative tasks
* Coordination with one or two lawyers at the bar
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a perfect command of English and at least one of the two national languages (French or Dutch).
Previous experience as an administrative or legal assistant is required, along with a positive, structured and reliable attitude. A more junior mindset, being curious and open to learning are also essential qualities.
The selected candidate will be comfortable using office tools (MS Office) and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
