Looking for a dynamic and challenging role that combines administrative coordination and financial assistance? We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Fluency in French and English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
* Administrative Coordination (70%): Assist the Executive Assistant and Partnership Team, manage ambassador relations, coordinate travel logistics, organize meetings and events, handle office management tasks, create tutorials and internal process documents, and provide operations support and technical assistance follow-up.
* Financial Assistance (20%): Encode supplier invoices, create client invoices, manage payments and expense reports, verify monthly credit card statements, and create purchase orders.
* Prevention Advisor Role (5%): Manage health & safety documentation, coordinate with occupational health provider, and organize medical exams, flu vaccinations, and safety trainings.
