Description de l'offre

Ph3About us /h3 pbWe're November Five. We’re makers. Doers, designers, strategists. Different backgrounds, onemindset. We say what wemean and do what we say. Passionwalks in the door; expertise evolves over time. /b /p pFeedback is direct. We’re hard on the work but soft on the people behind it. Ascraftsmen and women across our core capabilities, our passion transcends our expertise, and the roles we assume are fluid. United in our drive to defy limits and move beyond, we collaborate deeply, always on the lookout for more allies. /p pWe believe the best product people don't want to stay in their lane. They go where the problem takes them. For example a strategist who prototypes a flow, a leader who gets into the data before forming an opinion, an engineer that suggests the motion we could use in an interface,.... /p pAI has removed the walls between disciplines. We're looking for people who've already walked through them. /p h3About the job /h3 pYou’ll be the person in the room who knows where we need to go, what good looks like and has the spine to push for it. As a Product Manager, you own the outcome of the products we build for our clients. Not just the process. Not just the deliverables. The actual result. /p pOur clients hire us because they can't do this themselves. Your job is to bring the conviction, the craft, and the clarity that makes the difference between a product that ships and a product that matters. /p pYour key responsibilities are: /p ul liProduct discovery: You dig into product discovery. By either facilitating workshops or getting your hands dirty. You talk to users, challenge assumptions, use AI to sketch some ideas, and do whatever it takes to understand the real problem before jumping to solutions. /li libClient partnership: /b You get under the skin of your client's business (the model, the market pressure, the ambitions) because that's where great product thinking starts. You translate their complexity into clear product direction, and you keep a sharp eye on the evolving budget, because builders know that constraints are what make solutions sharp. /li liProduct strategy: You assess the desirability, viability and feasibility of proposed solutions, in line with the client’s business goals and customer needs. You bown /b the product roadmap and balign stakeholders around a clear direction, by making complex things simple. /b /li liProduct definition: Together with a solution architect and a product designer, you define functional, visual and technical product specifications. You have taste, you know which of a hundred options actually matter, and you can tell what's off even before you can articulate why. /li liProduct delivery: Together with our Product Owner (who owns quality of delivery) you bstay involved with until the problem’s actually solved, /b not just until your part is "done." You help bship, measure, learn, and iterate. You'd rather learn from something real than perfect something theoretical. /b /li libKnowledge sharing mentoring: /b You bshare what works. A prompt/skill, an article, podcast, a process, a framework, a shortcut. You don't hoard and gatekeep knowledge. /b You treat every collaboration as a chance to raise the bar for everyone, not just deliver your piece. /li libTeam coordination: /b You ensure that our team of designers, architects, and engineers bdon't just understand what to build, but why it matters. /b You bmake the people around you better. /b /li /ul h3Keep reading if you... /h3 ul libAre a builder, not just a manager. /b You don't hand over a backlog and walk away. You've defined and shipped digital products and you know the difference between something that's "done" and something that actually works. bYou've gone beyond your role to make something better. Not because it was your job, but because it was the right thing to do. /b /li libHave sharp product instincts backed by craft. /b You have a good grasp of product fundamentals, from a customer experience and technical perspective. bBut more importantly, you're obsessively curious about the "why", why the metric moved, why users drop off, why the obvious solution feels wrong. /b /li liYou're comfortable sharing rough work. bA scrappy prototype, a first-pass analysis, a v0.1 strategy /b and iterating based on what you learn. bYou don't need everything to be perfect before it's useful. /b /li libCross lanes without losing your anchor. /b You've worked closely with designers, architects and engineers bnot just as a coordinator, but as a genuine sparring partner. /b You've probably done things that weren't technically "your job" and that's when you did your best work. /li libTreat AI as a creative partner. /b You've built a working rhythm with AI tools. bNot as a shortcut, but as an instrument you've learned to play. /b You know when to let it lead and when to take over. /li libSpot patterns others miss. /b You incorporate client feedback, user feedback and product analytics data to increase product success. bBut you also connect dots across disciplines in user behavior, market signals, and team dynamics because you're paying attention beyond your own lane. /b /li libLead as a founder through clarity, not authority. /b You've got hands‑on experience when it comes to influencing stakeholders and leading cross‑functional product teams. bYou align people around a direction by making the complex simple and the ambiguous concrete. /b /li libLove bringing clarity to clients. /b You get genuinely excited about understanding someone else's world and turning uncertainty into confidence. You help clients see what's possible when someone truly gets their challenge and that's what earns trust, not slide decks. /li /ul ul liWant to work openly, transparently and closely with your clients. /li liSpeak Dutch and English fluently. /li /ul pbWhy join us? /b /p ul liBecause the work matters. And so do our people. /li liShip real products for brands like Coca-Cola, Le Pain Quotidien Telenet. /li liWork in a high‑standards, fast‑paced, no‑BS team. /li liLaunch work that actually lands — no endless cycles, just real impact. /li liEnjoy full trust, a fully optimized benefits package with options for a mobility budget or company car, smartphone budget, mobile subscription, MacBook, pension plan, hospitalization insurance, net expenses, meal vouchers, 12 additional holidays shared rewards /li liWork from a stunning Antwerp HQ /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
