Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Medior UX Designer to support one of our clients in the digital transformation of their ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the project manager during the design phase, ensuring that all digital projects align with UX best practices.
* Guarantee consistency with the DIA digital ecosystem while challenging and proposing improvements when needed.
* Collaborate closely with UI designers to support the creation process and maintain design quality.
* Identify and document reusable digital components (Figma/Zeroheight) to be shared across projects.
* Organize and conduct user tests, user interviews, and produce clear, actionable reports.
* Analyze user data (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform UX decisions.
* Understand business requirements and challenge them when necessary (Business Analysis).
* Consider technical constraints and architectural limitations when proposing solutions.
* Participate in project follow-up and contribute to overall project management.
Your Profile:
* At least 4 years of experience in UX design.
* Strong knowledge of UX theory and best practices across industries.
* Advanced skills in Figma for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and data-driven UX analysis.
* Background in business analysis and ability to align user needs with business goals.
* Good understanding of technical architecture limitations.
* Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
Languages:
* French: Full professional proficiency (mandatory)
* English: Professional proficiency
* Dutch: Nice to have
