LV/ELV Project Manager
Salary: €131,000
Location: Belgium – Farciennes
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LV/ELV Project Manager to lead the delivery of low voltage and extra-low voltage systems on a mission-critical data centre construction project. Acting on behalf of the client, you will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical works, ensuring quality, compliance, and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Project Leadership
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of LV/ELV systems, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
- Drive project milestones, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and scope.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment across all parties.
- Represent client interests in technical and commercial discussions.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all electrical installations meet local and international regulatory standards.
- Uphold safety requirements and enforce defined quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and workmanship.
- Risk Management
- Proactively identify project risks related to LV/ELV systems and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress and escalate issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and IT specialists.
- Support integrated delivery solutions for high-performance data centre environments.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have 5+ years’ experience in electrical project management, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments, with proven expertise in LV and ELV systems.
- Possess strong knowledge of European electrical standards and regulations.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects from inception through completion.
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English (French is a strong advantage).
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline – PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Are proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering excellence in fast-paced environments.
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually via video.
