MEP Cost Lead
We are seeking an experienced MEP Cost Lead to take ownership of the commercial performance of complex mechanical and electrical packages on long-term projects.
The Role
* Lead cost planning, procurement, and commercial management of MEP packages
* Manage tenders, valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Support claims and dispute resolution related to MEP works
* Act as a senior commercial voice with clients and contractors
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to a growing MEP commercial function
About You
* Strong background in MEP cost management / commercial management
* Experience on data centres, life sciences, pharma, or industrial projects
* Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
* Consultancy experience preferred
* Based in Belgium or open to relocating
* EU right to work required
