Your mission

Are you ready to join the commercial team of Europe's fastest-growing health challenger? We're looking for an Interim Commercial Lead Belgium (5-month maternity cover) who will join the Belgium team to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive healthy growth and increase distribution for Holie's in Belgium.

This is what you'll be doing

As Commercial Lead Belgium, you manage relationships with all major retail partners (Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Colruyt, Carrefour, Intermarché, Spar, Okay) and own the full Belgian retail P&L.

Holie's is the challenger brand in breakfast cereals, currently the #4 brand in Belgium, with Granola, Crunchy Muesli, Crunchy Loops and Bars. Your focus is on driving distribution, assortment and visibility, with special attention to our newest innovations: Bars and Crunchy Loops. Key account management: Build and grow long-term partnerships, develop and execute business plans, and proactively drive results based on sales and market opportunities.
Dealmaking: Spot opportunities, negotiate impactful win-win deals, and maximize revenue while keeping costs under control with a hands-on, commercial mindset.
Category management: Use market data to create tailored account plans, trade marketing initiatives, and in-store activations that boost visibility and sales.
Internal sales processes: Ensure accurate forecasting, pricing, budgeting, and investment planning to align supply, resources, and commercial ambitions with customer needs and growth opportunities.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in a commercial role working with the top 3 retailers in Belgium and you knows the ins and outs of the Belgian retail landscape.
You are available 3-4 days a week from June 1st, 2026, for a period of 5 months and you're based in Belgium.
Fluent in Dutch and French.
Customer-focused: You build strong relationships with key partners, anticipate their needs, and offer solutions that foster trust, loyalty, and long-term success. You adapt your communication and approach to each retailer.
Proactive: Spotting and creating opportunities are second nature to you. You take initiative in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Results-driven: Sales targets energize you. You translate them into smart actions, track progress, and learn from every step you take.
Independent and a team player: You are comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously, managing your priorities and making decisions with confidence. At the same time, you thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues, and working together to raise the bar.

This is what you'll get

Diversity of work: You'll manage a broad portfolio of key accounts across Belgium, lead commercial negotiations, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with customers on joint business development and long-term partnerships.
Collaborative team: You won't be alone in this. You will work closely with our Brand Manager BE, our Head of Sales and the Dutch-based Holie's team. We like to keep the lines short, fast and dynamic.
Holie's Offices: We have just opened an Office in the heart of Brussels (Silversquare Bailli), within walking distance of several great lunch spots and nearby sports clubs. You will also travel (monthly) to our head office, located on the canals in the heart of Amsterdam.
