Job Description
* Provide legal support and business-oriented advice on commercial contracts
* Manage corporate housekeeping for multiple international entities
* Review and handle compliance issues including data privacy, anti-corruption, and competition law
* Proactively manage disputes and claims with third parties
* Support internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and sales on global corporate projects
The Successful Applicant
* Belgian Master's degree in Law
* A first experience in corporate and commercial law, either in a law firm or in-house
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or Spanish is an asset
* Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and problem-solving ability
* Detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments
