Your Role

You ensure smooth administrative processes behind the scenes. In this versatile position, you combine
accounting
,
invoicing
, and
sales administration
. You work closely with colleagues and maintain digital contact with customers and suppliers to keep information accurate and processes efficient.

Your Responsibilities

* Book purchase and sales invoices and ensure correct coding.
* Prepare and validate quotes, including prices and product details.
* Create invoices and follow up on payments.
* Maintain data accuracy in Odoo (product lists, price agreements, customer details).
* Prepare monthly reports for the team, such as outstanding payments and invoicing status.

Who You Are

* You hold a
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
(e.g., Accountancy-Taxation, Business Management).
* You have
initial experience in accounting

* You work accurately and in a structured way.
* You communicate professionally and are eager to learn.
* You have an interest in technology and digital tools.
