We’re looking for a Space Specialist based in Brussels to take ownership of architectural execution, technical detailing, and site coordination across our projects. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to: What you’ll be doing: Technical Design Owner: Produce detailed architectural drawings from preliminary concepts to full execution sets aligned with our product standards. Documentation Expert: Create complete carpentry folders including joinery details, technical sections, and Bills of Quantities. Drawing Specialist: Develop floorplans, internal elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and electrical/lighting layouts. Deadline Guardian: Track submission schedules and ensure all technical deliverables align with pre-construction timelines. Site Coordinator: Participate in site visits, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards. Problem Solver on Site: Draft site reports and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues efficiently. Project Controller: Track milestones and ensure smooth project execution from design to delivery. Procurement Support: Assist in tender preparation, review contractor bids, and support the selection of materials and finishes. Product Integrator: Ensure accurate translation of bespoke product specifications into real-life construction. Innovation Driver: Contribute to scaling design operations by integrating AI and innovative tools into workflows. Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with Product teams to integrate bespoke and standardised elements into layouts. Material Scout: Research innovative, sustainable materials aligned with our design DNA. Quality Champion: Actively contribute to internal design reviews and continuous improvement of standards and processes. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of experience in architecture or interior design, with strong exposure to construction site follow-up. Fluent in French and English. Advanced skills in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and Excel (3D rendering is a plus). Strong technical expertise: building codes, construction detailing, and site supervision. Strong design sensibility with a focus on materiality and sustainability. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset for complex spatial challenges.
