Job Summary:

* The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the club, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and effective daily operations.
* Looking for a trendsetting leader with hospitality or hotel industry experience who is passionate about fitness and lifestyle excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations, develop and implement effective procedures and policies.
* Manage budgets, revenue, and P/L.
* Recruit, motivate, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture aligned with the company's vision.
* Prioritize guest satisfaction and develop strong relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
* Proven success in managing operations and meeting customer expectations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Trendy and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
* Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English and French.
