As a Technical Service Administrator you are responsible for the
overall service planning
,
service quotations
, and
constructive clean-up of service contracts
. In this role, you are a member of the Customer Support Team and you will work from the HQ in Mechelen.
Your responsibilities as a Technical Service Administrator:
* Take care of the Service scheduling process for the company's direct customer base in Europe, including planning of ad-hoc and preventive maintenance service interventions of the systems in a cost- and time efficient manner
* First point of contact for 3rd party field service providers for scheduling of activities in the field
* Responsible for the timely response related to incoming enquiries related to preventive maintenances, thereby guaranteeing adherence to the service level agreements with the customer base
* Follow up the validity of the existing service contracts and ensure correct invoicing
* Support and notify KAM's whenever service quotes or service contracts are required
* Ensure all systems and records are updated regarding servicing (Portal, invoice spread sheets, Salesforce) to ensure that accurate information is available at all time
* Service Contracts: clean-up and completion in Salesforce
* Salesforce Quotes & Opportunities updating and correcting
* Improvement projects and functionality checks in D365 and Salesforce

* Associate's degree in Office Administration or scientific, or equivalent through experience and/or training
* Experience
within a
Customer Service & Support
department is required
* Fluent in
English
; Other European language skills are a plus (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian)
* Professional

* Ability to deliver detailed and correct information
* Excellent
administrative skills

* Familiar with commercial contract types

MS Office
* Knowledge of enterprise level
CRM
