Key Responsibilities include: Be the Heart of the Office: Serve as the professional first point of contact for all visitors, managing the reception, phone lines, and correspondence. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, proactively manage inventory levels of all office supplies, placing and following up on orders, handle expenses and follow up on contracts and interventions related to facilities, Ensure our workspace is always professional and welcoming. Travel Arrangements: Arrange end-to-end travel and transport logistics for staff, including booking flights, accommodation. Financial Administration Support: Assist with essential financial follow-up, including processing expense reports, tracking expenditures against budget.. Event Coordination: Take the lead in organizing essential meetings, appointments, and exciting company activities. Administrative Support: Provide essential, confidential support to management and the wider team, from document management to travel arrangements. Your interest and skills A proactive professional with a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (office management/hospitality background is a plus). Some years of experience is welcome, but a significant and relevant internship can be enough. Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Exceptional MS Office proficiency and an innate ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.
