The Role
To support our administrative operations at our new office in Puurs, we are looking for a Delivery Service Specialist.
The role requires strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on getting things done efficiently.

This role reports to the Administration Manager.
Job responsibilities:
* Manage and organize day-to-day vehicle delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliveries.
* Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries through external transport providers and in-house drivers.
* Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, approved, and ready for delivery within agreed timelines.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain, verify, and follow up on all required vehicle documentation.
* Ensure accurate processing and control of all vehicle-related documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Review CMRs and delivery confirmations thoroughly to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
* Manage internal and external communications via the CRM system, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
Job requirements:
* Minimum 1year of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
* Proven experience in office management, logistics, or operational coordination.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills,with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Highly efficient, proactive, and able to work independently as a problem solver.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
* A team-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work autonomously on critical tasks
* Energetic and innovative, with a positive attitude toward new challenges and continuous improvement
* Fluent in English and French; knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese a strong advantage.
