:
• Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the assigned territory
• Lead a workflow-based selling approach, moving beyond individual product lines to address customers’ end-to-end bioprocessing needs
• Manage a large and complex account portfolio, coordinating solutions across multiple product categories
• Act as a hunter, actively prospecting new customers and identifying strategic opportunities in the biopharma market
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
• Lead and coordinate large, high-value projects, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and order execution
• Own the full sales process from opportunity identification through contract closure and implementation
• Navigate long and complex sales cycles with a strategic, consultative mindset
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure consistent use of CRM systems, sales tools, and compliance processes
• Maintain a strong on-site presence with customers, conducting frequent face-to-face visits across the territory
REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's Degree plus 8 years of sales experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related scientific industries
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or related scientific field
• Additional business or commercial certifications valued
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex scientific applications and workflows
• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts
• Excellence in consultative selling, relationship building, and negotiations at all levels
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce/PowerBI) and MS Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
• Effective presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% as needed
• Fluency in English and Dutch required; additional language skills valued for international roles
