We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance and support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including providing day-to-day support, managing phone calls and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.

* Providing administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing reports.

* Managing phone calls, responding to emails and taking messages on behalf of the team.

* Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors and colleagues.

* Coordinating meetings, events and other activities as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including experience with office software such as MS Office.
">
* Strong Communication skills and Phone Etiquette.
">
* Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing and document management.
">
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
">
An Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
