MISSION CONTEXT
Within the CCE-Individuals tribe, the team is responsible for delivering all digital channels for employees and individual customers — making banking easy through intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
As Business Analyst, you will guide change on the logon and communication roadmap within the digital channels environment, ensuring stakeholder value creation throughout the full Agile lifecycle.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across customer experience, marketing and operations teams
• Bring expertise and coordination to the study and refinement process — challenging and consolidating stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with the solution design team to develop solutions aligned with the company's digital strategy
• Manage development and testing, including integration with existing digital channels and systems
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans and project schedules
• Coordinate with IT, customer experience and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery
• Manage project risks, issues and changes, and develop mitigation plans
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Safeguard E2E value of the delivered solution
Requirements
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
• 6+ years of experience in project management & Business Analysis, preferably in a digital channels environment
• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors and technical teams in a financial institution
• Master's degree with relevant experience in similar projects
Preferred
• Knowledge of daily banking products and services
• Certification in Project Management methodology
LANGUAGES
• English — strong written and spoken skills (mandatory — corporate language of the tribe)
• French — strong written and spoken skills (plus)
• Dutch — strong written and spoken skills (plus)
SOFT SKILLS
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
