* Manage and follow up on trade-related administrative processes in SAP
* Ensure accuracy of VAT handling, invoicing, and payment follow-up
* Analyse and resolve discrepancies within transactions
* Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional departments
* Handle customer interactions related to administrative and financial matters
* Contribute to the design and optimisation of processes and workflows
* Occasionally support commercial activities such as client visits
o Strong administrative and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
o Proven experience with SAP is essential
