Logistics Coordinator – Logistics & Sustainable Coffee Trade – Antwerp
Join a mission-driven company operating at the heart of the sustainable coffee trade. Based in Antwerp, this organization has built a solid international network of clients and suppliers since 2006. With a dedicated team and a global footprint across more than 20 producing countries, it provides tailor-made logistics and commercial services to specialty coffee roasters across Western Europe.
To strengthen its growing operations, the team is now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of shipments across an international supply chain.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate maritime and inland shipments with suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouses.
* Track shipments end-to-end and maintain clear internal reporting and dashboards.
* Handle all logistics documentation and trigger supplier payments upon document compliance.
* Organize client deliveries, including customs and warehouse instructions, while maintaining accurate stock traceability.
* Issue invoices aligned with deliveries and ensure consistency across documents, incoterms, and payment terms.
* Manage the flow of quality control samples and certification documents (Fairtrade, Organic, etc.) to meet audit and contract requirements.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in international trade, logistics, or administration.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; basic French is a plus.
* Proven organizational and coordination skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
* Confident handling documents, data, and client communication across borders.
* Skilled in Excel and Word; able to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in logistics, shipping, or commodities (especially coffee) is a strong advantage.
