We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the integration of our Security Incident Response module as part of a broader security improvement program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules, including configuration and development aligned with out-of-the-box best practices. Key responsibilities include organizing workshops to capture business requirements, providing guidance on leveraging OOTB functionality, conducting functional analysis, and translating user stories into technical designs. The selected candidate will also be responsible for implementing integrations with external sources, performing technical and integration testing, and supporting UAT. Additionally, they will ensure smooth go-live support and hand-over to support teams by preparing technical designs, update sets, and deployment packages. This role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM, as well as skills in ServiceNow development & scripting. The successful candidate will also possess excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work with end users, technical staff, and management.
