We are looking for a bilingual (French/Dutch) HR Generalist, passionate about Soft HR, talent development, and people cohesion, while ensuring solid HR administrative follow-up .This role is key to strengthening team engagement, supporting managers, and structuring our talent development approach as we continue to grow.

1. Soft HR – Your Core FocusPeople Management & Team CohesionAct as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managersFoster collaboration between teams across projects and offices, and help organize team eventsProactively detect potential issues such as misalignment, disengagement, conflicts, or workload imbalanceSupport conflict resolution and sensitive discussionsContribute to a healthy, respectful, and high-performing work environmentTalent Development & PerformanceSupport and structure performance evaluation processesAssist managers in identifying strengths, growth areas, and development plansContribute to talent mapping and internal mobilityEncourage employee autonomy, accountability, and initiativeHelp employees grow both technically and behaviorally within demanding industrial environmentsLearning & EHSCoordinate training plans aligned with business and project needsSupport the organization of technical and non-technical trainingsSupport EHS matters to ensure compliance and safety
2. Recruitment & Candidate Follow-UpManage recruitment processes from job briefing to onboardingConduct soft skills interviews and assess cultural & behavioral fitPartner with managers to refine candidate evaluationEnsure a high-quality and structured candidate experience
3. Hard HRPayroll coordination and HR administrationPrepare contracts, amendments, and HR documentationManage onboarding & offboarding processesEnsure compliance with Belgian labor law and social security regulationsMaintain accurate HR data and reporting
Requirements:4–7 years of HR experienceStrong affinity for Soft HR and people developmentExperience in recruitment and soft skills interviewsSolid understanding of Belgian labor law and HR administrationFluent in French and DutchStructured, empathetic, and solution-orientedComfortable working with engineers and technical profilesAble to balance human sensitivity with business pragmatism
