We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and shape talent-acquisition strategies for a major B2B solutions provider serving gaming studios.
What youll do
* Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead complex, strategic recruitment projects from end to end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
* Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and innovative sourcing methods including data-driven and market-insight approaches.
* Support and promote employer branding efforts; act as an ambassador externally and internally to attract top talent.
* Mentor and support junior recruiting team members; help standardize and improve talent acquisition practices across functions and regions.
* Collaborate with external agencies or search firms when needed, ensuring robust recruitment capacity.
* Stay up to date on market trends and hiring best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
What were looking for
* Demonstrated experience as an in-house or agency recruiter in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
* Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, assessment, and use of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS platforms, professional networks).
* Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken, plus the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across levels.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality results under pressure with a hunter mindset and strategic outlook.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment practices, including passive candidate sourcing and talent-driven recruitment strategies.
