Description Overview
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you are responsible for negotiating and developing partnerships with our Ecommerce and Retail customers. You aim to grow various categories and thereby grow the customer’s business, fully aligned with Perrigo’s strategy and objectives.
Scope of the Role
1. You are responsible for translating the commercial strategy and marketing plans into a strong commercial plan for customers such as Newpharma and Colruyt.
2. You prepare the annual negotiations and conduct the discussions with the various customers in your portfolio.
3. As a Key Account Manager, you build partnerships and think along with the customer about their business:
How can you grow categories?
Which opportunities exist to realize growth?
4. You are responsible for creating and managing the customer budget.
5. You quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the market, stay up to date on market trends and competitive developments, and ensure appropriate response strategies.
6. You are part of the Commercial department and work closely with colleagues from various teams, including Trade Marketing and Supply.
Experience Required
7. You hold a master’s degree, complemented by experience in a Key Account Management role.
8. Initial experience with Food Retail customers and/or knowledge of the pharmaceutical/OTC market is not required but is considered a plus.
9. You identify opportunities and know how to translate them into solutions for your customers.
10. You have a win‑win mindset and build long‑term relationships.
11. You enjoy managing multiple projects and can work independently.
12. You are a true team player with a strong customer‑focused approach.
13. You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
