Your role
* Advise clients and design S/4HANA solutions related to SAP S/4HANA Controlling applications (overhead cost accounting CO-OM, product costing CO-PC, profitability analysis CO-PA, profit centre accounting PCA)
* Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and management of integrations
* Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes in design workshops
* Manage a high-performing team and drive the delivery team and deliverables quality
* Manage and optimize planning of a team
* Optimize work scope of a team
* Map the client's business processes in SAP to ensure that the implemented system meets the customer's needs
* Write functional specifications and configuration documents for a successful project delivery
* Work on functional changes (CR ’s), estimates, functional analysis
* Participate in support activities ((Incidents, questions, service requests, problem management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing, …), training, analysis))
* Represent Capgemini as Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert for the client

* General understanding of the enterprise functions and operational processes

* Able to build and maintain the relationship with SAP Solution Consultants within the enterprise

* Service-oriented attitude
* If team leader, take the role of Business Process Owner. End-to-end responsibility of technical-functional flows towards Onshore/Offshore teams and the Customer and take the role of Team lead (from 3 to 5 pers.)
Product expertise
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant experience with SAP
* Experience in a similar SAP Senior Controlling Consultant position
* Demonstrated profound experience within SAP S/4HANA Controlling applications (overhead cost accounting CO-OM, product costing CO-PC, profitability analysis CO-PA, profit centre accounting PCA) and Finance, integration with Material Ledger and SAP S/4HANA logistics modules
* Able to establish specifications and parameters of standard functions in the Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) SAP modules and corresponding business function.
* Experience on at least 2 full end-to-end SAP Implementation (primarily SAP S/4HANA projects)
* An SAP certification is a plus
* Able to analyse and solve issues in standard customization or specific SAP programs (ABAP)
* Able to understand clients’ expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
* Familiarity with project management methodologies, collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans is a nice to have
Language expertise
* Fluent oral communication skills in mother language Dutch or French AND English
