The expansion of the Marketing & Business Excellence Department means we are now looking to recruit new Commercial Excellence Manager to be based in our HQ located in Visé, Belgium and reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence.

Can you say ‘yes’?...

* Can you serve and partner with others to bring data insights into decision-making conversations?

* Can you conduct analysis combining different data sets and generate valuable insights?

* Can you prepare readouts and recommendation for management levels on based on analysis?

* Can you comfortably switch between data analytics, training other power users, and providing hands-on support?

As a Commercial Excellent Manager, you would lead executive level analytics of the end to end ecosystem data to support insights that can optimize growth and efficiency across Knauf entities; enable regional teams to translate these insights into improved commercial and business outcomes; partner with them to monitor the impact of initiatives and demonstrate business value; and contribute to ecosystem improvement prioritization that is based on facts and data.

What you’ll be doing:

* Prepare readouts and recommendation for management levels on actionable insights based on analysis

* Provide recommendations for how to capture next level of data needed and how to get it

* Super local admin user for Salesforce creating and harmonizing reports across KI removing duplication of reporting and inefficiency

* First Point of contact for any ComEx reporting question or needs from the sub-regions

* Community of practice lead for Commercial Data and Reporting

* Partner with global Knauf Digital Reporting and Business Intelligence team members and analysts from other divisions

* Consult program roadmap based on actionable insights

* Service and coordinate data requests across sub-regions and be the main contact point for global peers

Expected business travels is 20% of time.

What we’d love for you to have:

We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviours and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. We're looking for someone who has

* A Master Degree in a business related field ( Business analysis, Business administration, Business engineering, Economics & Finance, International Finance, etc)

* Commercial Excellence and business experience

* Strategic and analytical thinking

* Deep excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint expertise and ability to combine multiple data sets and diverse databases

* The ability to derive and synthesize business insights and implications from E2E data sets and aligned to business priorities

* Strong communication skills (capable to captivate audience and advocate the use of the developed tools)

* Digitalization and harmonization experience Reporting operational support experience

* Strong experience with Salesforce/CRM and preferably also SAP

* Advanced Excel knowledge + add-ins

* Fluent in English, knowledge of German or/and French would be a plus
