We are currently looking for a Global Physical Asset Management Program Manager to join a Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Asset Management Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of a newly defined global asset management process, ensuring the consolidation and adoption of the framework, including processes, tools, and competencies.
This is an initial contract until December 2026, with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Global Physical Asset Management Program Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Asset Management Program Manager, you will develop and deploy the Asset Management framework and processes across various campuses and sites.
2. As the Asset Management Program Manager, you will support the Engineering Excellence and Maintenance Excellence roadmap deployment.
3. As the Asset Management Program Manager, you will lead specific AMEX projects such as TCO vision/mission and handover maturity assessment.
4. As the Asset Management Program Manager, you will ensure change management considerations to facilitate organizational adoption.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Global Physical Asset Management Program Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in project/program management within the pharmaceutical/biologics/medical device industry.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with maintenance operations or maintenance excellence.
