As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Brand Manager will act as the true owner of his brand, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
* Define and lead the brand strategy to drive sustainable growth and market share
* Translate consumer and market insights into impactful marketing plans
* Manage product launches and innovations from concept to in-market execution
* Develop and execute 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store activation)
* Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution and visibility at retail level
* Monitor brand performance (Nielsen, market data, ROI) and optimize accordingly
* Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
* Lead and develop junior team members or cross-functional project teams
* 5-8+ years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG
* Strong track record in driving brand growth and innovation launches
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
* Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
