The organization is seeking an experienced Power BI Expert & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards, applications, and automated workflows.
The role combines hands-on development, solution design, governance, and user enablement, contributing to a well-governed, efficient, and scalable Power Platform ecosystem while supporting both IT and business stakeholders.
* Design and deliver end-to-end Power BI and Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs.
* Ensure high performance, usability, and maintainability of dashboards, apps, and workflows.
* Support and guide a growing community of citizen developers.
* Enforce and promote governance, security, and compliance standards.
* Collaborate with IT, architecture, and business teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and long-term roadmap of the Power Platform ecosystem.
Power BI Development & Analytics (40%)
* Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
* Apply best practices in data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
* Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, SQL, and other sources.
* Ensure solutions are optimized, user-friendly, maintainable, and business-aligned.
Power Apps & Power Automate Development (30%)
* Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.
* Translate business requirements into functional and scalable applications.
* Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
* Develop reusable templates, components, and architectural standards.
Governance, Security & Compliance (10%)
* Apply and promote Power Platform governance frameworks.
* Review and validate citizen-developed apps and flows for quality and compliance.
* Support standardization and lifecycle management of solutions.
Enablement & Collaboration (10%)
* Coach and support citizen developers across departments.
* Provide training, best practices, and troubleshooting guidance.
* Collaborate with architecture, IT, and business stakeholders.
Support & Continuous Improvement (10%)
* Troubleshoot and support existing Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
* Conduct audits and performance optimization of apps, flows, and dashboards.
* Propose improvements and contribute to a long-term platform roadmap.
You have the following skills
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (3+ years).
* Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, connectors, and integrations.
* Proven experience in data modelling, DAX, and scalable solution design.
* Good understanding of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft cloud environments.
Communication Skills
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Personal Skills
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple parallel tasks.
* Strong analytical mindset.
