An international maritime services company is seeking an independent and proactive logistics professional to support in-house transport operations in Antwerp.
ResponsibilitiesOrganise and coordinate shipments (road, sea, air) for fleet operations worldwideArrange EU transports and liaise with internal stakeholders, agents, warehouses, forwarders, and customsBook transport services and ensure operational follow-upPrepare logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs files, dangerous goods where applicable)Process purchase orders and obtain quotations from logistics partners
ProfileLogistics experience (multi-modal transport preferred)Knowledge of transport legislation and basic customs regulationsAccurate, solution-driven, and service-mindedComfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes unstructured environmentFluent in Dutch and EnglishProficient in MS Office and ERP systems (MAXIMO is a plus)
