What you will do
In this role, you serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will:
* Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications.
* Organize workshops and interviews to gather, refine and challenge needs.
* Work with API concepts, data models, SQL and basic cloud/architecture principles.
* Create user stories, process flows, functional diagrams and test scenarios.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
* Execute functional testing, analyse defects and support troubleshooting.
* Contribute to improvements in processes, documentation and best practices.
Who you are
We look beyond the CV. For us, motivation and curiosity matter just as much as the technical box-ticking, but to thrive in this role, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following:
* A Master's degree.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of APIs, data models, SQL, cloud concepts and general IT architecture.
* Experience with functional documentation and test case creation.
* Strong analytical skills, including root-cause analysis and the ability to challenge requirements.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum is considered an asset.
* Fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in French as a plus.
