To scale our impact, we're looking for a Confirmed International Sales Representative to grow our presence across European markets - selling operational intelligence to infrastructure operators and aviation partners.

Drive growth across key markets by prospecting, engaging target accounts, and converting outreach into qualified opportunities. Prioritize territories, uncover high‑value leads, and provide market insights to sharpen our go‑to‑market.
A hands‑on field role: you'll represent Sourse at events, spend up to 50% of your time on-site with prospects and optimize travel across selected countries for maximum impact. Keep disciplined CRM updates, accurate forecasting inputs, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Qualification: Research, and qualify target accounts using all digital tools, then convert them into qualified leads in Odoo CRM.
Territory: Prioritize outreach by market segment and territory to maximize conversion and pipeline value.
Field Sales (50% travel): Plan and conduct on‑site visits across selected countries, optimizing routes and calendars for maximum impact.
Networking: Represent Sourse at key industry events to generate qualified leads.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously explore the market landscape and monitor competitor activities to inform and impact sales strategy.
Teamwork: Ensure seamless handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
Reporting: Maintain high‑quality CRM level and deliver clear reporting to ensure visibility and actionable insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Business Dev, or a related field.
Senior profile with proven international experience in field sales, business development, or account management for technology-based services or products. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Multilingual profile: fluency in English and German; Spanish is a strong asset. French is NOT mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong commercial insight and technical understanding, with genuine enthusiasm for working in an innovative environment.
Demonstrated ability to optimize travel and manage complex schedules across multiple countries.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of success at industry events and trade shows.
Proficiency in CRM software (Odoo preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and generative sales AI tools.
