About the role.
We are looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand our footprint across European markets. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role suited to a commercially minded individual with a strong industry network and a proven ability to acquire and grow strategic partnerships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and activation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growth
* Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity across the EU region
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including retention, dealing, and marketing
* Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent/ native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication. Any other European language is a plus
* Proven experience in business development within Forex, CFD, iGaming, or FinTech
* Strong existing network within European financial or trading markets
* Experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partner distribution channels
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and drive regional growth initiatives
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Solid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.
