We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a key client based in Brussels, Belgium.
🔎 Main Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support (remote and on-site)
- Manage incidents, requests and problem tickets through dedicated ticketing systems
- Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting to maximize first-call resolution
- Support workstation installation, configuration and reconfiguration activities
- Assist users with hardware, software and application-related issues
- Document operational procedures and maintain technical knowledge base content
- Participate in application testing and administration activities
- Collaborate with infrastructure, system administration and database teams
- Ensure high-quality user support within IT service management environments
🧩 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support/Service Desk environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows environments
- Experience supporting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with core mobile applications and workplace technologies
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain it shortly)
- Ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical users
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality
- Motivated, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience with VIP customers is a strong plus
