Your Role:
As an Operational Excellence Consultant, you will drive performance improvement initiatives within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Acting as a coach, facilitator, and challenger, you work hand in hand with operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and operational agility. Your presence will be strong on the shop floor and within cross-functional governance forums, ensuring alignment with business objectives and robust problem-solving.
What will you do?
Support operational teams in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated environment.
Facilitate and coach teams in structured problem-solving for complex operational issues.
Challenge current practices and promote sustainable corrective actions.Develop and strengthen Operational Excellence capabilities across teams.
Maintain active shop-floor engagement to understand operational realities and identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in cross-functional performance and deviation review meetings.
Diagnose systemic issues and contribute to process optimization projects.
Your Profile:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations with a strong background in Operational Excellence.
Certified Lean Green Belt or Black Belt; solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement tools.
Strong understanding of CAPA management within GMP-regulated environments.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in project management; able to lead cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Comfortable working in a consulting context with strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
