Your Mission : Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a
team of 5 HR professionals, you will: - Define and implement an HR
strategy aligned with business objectives - Oversee the full
employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, mobility,
evaluation, and offboarding - Ensure compliance with Belgian and
Luxembourgish labor laws, in close collaboration with social
secretariats, prevention services, and legal partners - Manage
social relations and maintain a constructive dialogue with employee
representatives - Develop and mentor your HR team to foster their
growth and engagement - Establish and monitor HR performance
indicators and reporting to management Your Profile : - Degree in
HR, Social Law, Labour Sciences, or equivalent - 5 to 10 years of
experience in a generalist or senior HR role - Strong knowledge of
Belgian labor law and good understanding of Luxembourgish labor law
(or willingness to learn) - Fluency in French, English, and Dutch
(spoken and written) - Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership
ability, and talent for fostering engagement - Proficiency with HR
tools and software (MS Office, HRIS, etc.)
