YOUR POSITION
The E-Business, Digital & CRM Assistant will help both the E-business & the CRM Executive on their daily tasks and will be involved in the development of E-retail, E-Commerce and CRM on the BeLux market, with different areas of focus:
1. Ensure that e-retail trade plans are shaped and delivered effectively
2. Ensure the development of dior.com through efficient toolbox activation, to recruit, convert, & retain customers
3. Ensure the roll-out of digital campaigns
4. Ensure the CRM plans are delivered, with a focus on growing a qualified Department Stores & Dior.com database
Job responsibilities
E-RETAIL
Some of your Responsibilities will be to:
5. Work with PCD Headquarters E-Retail team on: definition of local E-retail Strategy and implementation on the e-retailers
6. Develop assets for the online visibility of the key launches and be responsible for the delivery on time
7. Ensure that Parfums Christian Dior brand Image and visibility is optimized in all E-Retail channels
ECOMMERCE
Some of your Responsibilities will be to:
8. Work with PCD Headquarters E-Commerce team on Dior.com expansion in Belgium & in Luxembourg, with a focus on the revamp of the website & implementation of new features.
9. Plan and execute together with central teams, all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, e- mailings & social media activation.
10. Follow-up of the translations with the agency
CRM
Some of your Responsibilities will be to:
11. Ensure the roll-out of the CRM Strategy, with a focus on starting & growing a qualified Department Stores database & dior.com segmentation
12. Build yearly CRM activation with retailers, in line with Trade Marketing & Media focus
Reporting & Others
Some of your Responsibilities will be to:
13. Provide a Monthly E-Newsletter about Dior & competitors E-Trade activities + E-commerce activations
14. Survey and Report the Grey Market / Pure Players activities.

15. Ability to manage multiple tasks & manage priorities
16. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work
17. Strong sense of task-ownership with a quality-oriented mindset, taking pride in producing accurate and polished deliverables.
18. Resourceful & proactive: Demonstrates initiative in identifying and resolving challenges

20. Ability to understand and defend the brand DNA
EDUCATION
21. Business school with if possible a Digital / EBusiness specialization
22. Previous experience in marketing mandatory, digital experience is advantageous
23. Experience in the beauty/luxury sector is a plus
24. Social skills: sociable, communicative
25. Personal affinity and passion for Dior & digital ecosystems
TECHNICAL SKILLS
26. MANDATORY: Fluent in French & English, written and spoken (daily exchanges with key stakeholders in both languages).
27. Dutch is a plus
28. Impeccable written communication skills (spelling, grammar, tone)
29. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint…)
