YOUR ROLE
* Manage recruitment from A to Z for technical profiles in both Dutch and French
* Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration of new colleagues
* Liaise closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and priorities
* Drive HR projects with a proactive, hands-on mindset
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient HR operations
YOUR PROFILE
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in technical or blue-collar environments
* Pragmatic, communicative, and adaptable to a fast-evolving company culture
* Available at short notice and flexible to work on-site when required
* Fluent in Dutch and French
