About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager – Planning to lead critical production and supply planning activities in a fast‑scaling radiopharmaceutical environment.
In this role, you will own end‑to‑end planning and execution across production, isotope supply, and global distribution, ensuring the timely delivery of highly time‑sensitive investigational products to clinical sites worldwide.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will act as a key operational interface across CDMOs, logistics partners, and suppliers, driving coordination, anticipating risks, and ensuring seamless, reliable operations in a highly regulated and time‑critical context.
Key Responsibilities
IMP Production Planning
* Own and maintain integrated CDMO production plans, ensuring alignment with clinical demand, batch, and dose requirements. Translate IRT demand into accurate and timely manufacturing plans across multiple CDMOs.
* Anticipate and proactively resolve capacity constraints and batch cancellation risks to scure patient supply.
Isotope Supply – Operational Planning
* Manage the end‑to‑end weekly radioisotope supply cycle, including ordering, confirmations, adjustments, and import preparation.
* Continuously assess isotope availability against production and clinical needs, proactively resolving gaps and escalating when required.
* Coordinate orders and supplier interactions with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and cost awareness.
Global IMP Distribution – Coordination with Logistics
* Ensure close day‑to‑day coordination with the Logistics Lead to guarantee continuity and reliability of global IMP distribution.
* Coordinate shipment execution, documentation, and compliance in alignment with logistics priorities and timelines.
* Maintain full visibility on shipment status through tracking and proactively identify and elevate risks or deviations.
Radiopharmaceutical Constraints, Operational Monitoring & Issue Management
* Ensure strict adherence to time‑critical delivery constraints related to product half‑life and radiopharmaceutical requirements.
* Monitor operations in real‑time, anticipate disruptions, and coordinate contingency actions with key stakeholders (Logistics Lead, Head of Supply Chain).
* Identify operational risks, support rapid replanning, and ensure compliance with radiation safety and transport regulations.
* Ensure accuracy and reliability of supply chain data across orders, shipments, and deviations.
* Own and deliver reporting to key stakeholders (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Clinical).
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes, tools, and overall supply chain performance.
Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in a regulated and time‑critical environment.
* Experience in clinical supply, radiopharmaceuticals, or complex international logistics is a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, distribution).
* Experience with planning tools, ERP and/or clinical supply systems (e.g., IRT).
* Familiarity with global logistics, import/export processes, and regulated environments (GDP/GxP).
* High level of accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
* Ability to anticipate risks, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in a dynamic and time‑critical context.
* Strong communication and coordination skills in an international environment.
* Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
Offer
* This role sits at the intersection of operational execution and strategic supply chain thinking. As you develop deep familiarity with our isotope supply model, CDMO relationships, and the regulatory landscape across our distribution territories, opportunities to take on broader responsibilities will naturally follow.
* We are a growing organisation, and we build from within.
* A permanent contract with a competitive salary package and attractive benefits.
* Flexible working hours with the possibility to work remotely.
* The opportunity to join a high‑performing team working in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
