B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new System Architect in our Defense team.
As a System Architect at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities:
* Analyze customer requirements and define system-level architecture.
* Design logical and functional architectures ensuring overall system coherence.
* Define and manage interfaces between hardware, software, and mechanical subsystems.
* Lead system integration and validation activities to ensure performance and compatibility.
* Coordinate technical teams across disciplines (HW, SW, mechanics, project).
* Maintain technical documentation and ensure traceability of requirements.
* Drive technical consistency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Your profile:
* Engineering degree or equivalent in embedded systems, electronics, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in system design, integration, or architecture of complex systems.
* Previous experience in hardware or software development is an asset, but the core requirement is a system-level perspective and integration capability.
* Ability to model and design a coherent system architecture from functional requirements.
* Global and cross-functional vision: able to connect hardware, software, and mechanical layers into a unified system.
* Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to take a step back and see the big picture.
* Knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies (MBSE, SysML) is a plus.
* Proficiency in English, at least for technical use.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in multidisciplinary environments.
