Overview Inku is looking for a Software Engineer to help build the next wave of capabilities for our AI-powered marketing platform. We are seeking someone who brings positive energy and empathy to the team, and who is highly effective .
The right candidate enjoys building world-class creative products in a fast-paced environment. You will actively contribute to the development of AI models powering our platform. You will wear multiple hats and work on engineering, research, and everything in between, spanning model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructure, evaluation protocols, backend services, API development, and other topics at the cutting edge of generative AI.
Inku is building custom brand models to deliver consistent, high-quality image generation at scale. As a Software Engineer, you will work across our entire stack—from GPU infrastructure and model training to backend services, APIs, and multi-agent interfaces. You would be responsible for benchmarking, profiling, debugging, and tuning training and inference of generative AI on production GPU clusters, while also building and maintaining services that power our platform. You will help instrument best-in-class tools and techniques to ensure reliability, performance, and health of distributed GPU systems and production services, and you will collaborate with the team to drive architectural improvements and influence the roadmap for software and hardware components.
Our mission at Inku is to build the marketing of the future—where AI autonomy removes complexity from users while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence. We are developing multi-agent architectures and context-aware systems to enable sophisticated image generation through conversational interfaces.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and infrastructure for our image platform
Develop and tune scalable training software for NVIDIA B200, H100, and AMD MI-series architectures
Build and optimize services for our multi-agent conversational system
Benchmark GPU clusters and optimize SLURM-based workload scheduling
Gather data and insights to develop the compute infrastructure roadmap
Work with modern development tools including AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
Care deeply about creative AI and its deployment in production
Actively contribute to the development of models powering our platform
Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle
Embody our values of quality, iteration, and attention to detail
