JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager BeLux, the Inside Sales Employee is supporting the ClearCorrect sales activities within Belgium and Luxemburg. This will include finding and screening potential new customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, our Inside Sales will have a strong understanding of the sales process, ClearCorrect and wider Straumann Groups portfolio, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, follow-up by onboarding customers and setting up our Territory Managers for success.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Outbound calling and outreach via digital channels to engage prospect accounts.
2. Taking care of the onboarding process of customers that are starting with ClearCorrect.
3. Working closely with the Inside Sales Employee from Netherlands and the Inside Sales Employee may also be asked to support the activities in the Netherlands (i.e. holidays) remotely.
4. Contribute to the early stage of the sales process by building relationships with key decision makers at target accounts, identifying their needs, business issues and aspirations, conducting individual needs analysis as part of your conversations.
5. Representing ClearCorrect and associated products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the accounts needs and objectives in order to identify how our solutions can help meet their needs.
6. Overcoming objections and effectively communicating the ClearCorrect offering and value propositions to key decision makers regarding appropriate ClearCorrect and associated product offerings.
7. Generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
8. Managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects and engaging the Straumann Ortho Team at the appropriate stage to drive the next step in the sales process, with a strong handover to ensure continuity of customer experience.
9. Transfer solid opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for follow-up and formal sales presentation.
10. In addition to the above, the Inside Sales team will contribute to the success of the organization through generating leads and opportunities, creating quotes and closing sales for specified ranges. This could be driven individual or following communication with members of the ClearCorrect team, Straumann Group team or our partner organizations.
11. The ability to generate and look after upselling opportunities to existing client base.
12. The Inside Sales team may also be asked to support the cover of vacant Territories (i.e. maternity leave) remotely.
13. Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market using the telephone, social media (out-reach) and email to generate new sales leads for ClearCorrect and associated products and Straumann Group Sales Organization across the breadth of its portfolio.
14. Rapid qualification of leads submitted by our partner organizations and the ClearCorrect marketing team from events (same day call back) via telephone.
15. Set up meetings (face to face or Teams/Zoom) between prospects and the ClearCorrect Territory Managers (booked into their CRM calendar) with all leads captured within the CRM system ready for our Territory Managers to accept into their pipeline.
16. Providing quotes via the Quote Tool to prospects and closing sales for specified ranges of products.
17. Monitoring Live Chat and Call Back Functionalities as part of Marketing Led Campaigns.
18. Driving education event attendance based upon target lists from marketing via outbound calling.
19. Strong and consistent usage of our CRM system (strong focus on data hygiene), quote and finance tools.

Requirements needed

Education & Skills

20. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in life sciences or commercial degree.
21. Language skills: Dutch, French and English.

Experience

22. Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience required. Dental/medical background is a plus.
23. Strong track record in sales/account management.
24. Be able to handle a high volume of calls, chats, and email traffic both inbound and outbound.
25. Ability to read and interpret training documents, safety rules, and procedural documents.
26. Ability to calculate figures and measurements. Ability to quickly perform simple calculations.
27. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to prioritized customer needs and guide them to the correct product or service.
