As a Junior Account Manager, you will learn the role hands-on. You support experienced Account Managers, build client relationships, and gradually grow towards independent account management. You will work closely with both clients and operations, gaining a real understanding of how e‑commerce fulfilment works.
What will you do?
Support Account Managers in client management
Act as the operational point of contact for assigned clientsProvide support to Customer Service when needed
Prepare quotes and commercial proposals and follow them up
Record and manage client agreements, rates, and SLAs
Coordinate with Operations on planning, volumes, and performance
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, delivery reliability, and return flows
Support QBR and MBR meetings (reports, analyses, presentations)
Identify commercial opportunities and client needs
E‑commerce Focus
You work with clients who have high order volumes and short lead times
You develop an understanding of fulfilment, last‑mile delivery, and return logistics
You contribute to performance reviews and improvement initiatives
You switch quickly between client, operations, and systems
Who are you?
2–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer service
Affinity with logistics and e‑commerce
Commercially minded but realistic
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Basic analytical skills; experience working with KPIs and reports
Good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
Eager to learn, ambitious, reliable, flexible, and proactive
