About us
We are a fast-growing factory specialized in Robinia (black locust) wood, exporting across Europe with an annual turnover exceeding €6 million. Our products include fencing, decking, cladding, playgrounds, park structures, and other outdoor applications.
Founded just 6 years ago, we continue to expand thanks to the increasing demand for sustainable alternatives to exotic or chemically treated woods.
Your role
We are looking for an experienced sales agent with knowledge of the Robinia/wood industry and an existing professional network outside Europe.
Your mission will be to open new markets, develop long-term partnerships, and represent our brand internationally.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new clients and distributors outside Europe.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and decision-makers.
* Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with company strategy.
* Provide market insights to support our international growth.
* Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, and industry events.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in the wood, construction, or outdoor landscaping sector, ideally with knowledge of Robinia.
* A strong international network outside Europe.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills (spoken & written).
* Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently while being a reliable partner to our team.
