forward-thinking intern eager to dive into data, enhance brand performance, and
elevate hotel experiences across 700+ global properties. If you're fluent in
English, skilled in Excel, and excited about the intersection of data and
hospitality, this internship is your gateway to real-world impact.
What You’ll Do:
* Analyze
Voice of Guest data (surveys
& online reviews) to uncover trends and pinpoint improvement areas.
* Visualize
performance using tools like Excel &
PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
* Assist
in onboarding hotels onto brand audit & guest experience platforms.
* Track
and report monthly Quality KPIs
and year-end achievements.
* Collaborate
across teams to boost brand equity and optimize operations.
