To strengthen their Customer Relations team and support the Southern European market, they are currently looking for a Spanish- and Italian-speaking professional.

As a Customer Relations Specialist your responsibilities are:
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
* Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints.
* Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
* Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
* Providing product information and guidance to clients.
* Monitoring and tracking customer satisfaction levels.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Jouw profiel
A successful Customer Relations Specialist should have:
* A relevant educational background in a related field.
* Experience in customer service, order management, or a service advisor/coordinator role.
* An interest in and affinity for the healthcare sector.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP tools.
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish; French is considered a plus.
