* You are responsible for managing about 10 CNC operators
* You draw up the personnel planning based on the activities and priorities
* You make appropriate work preparations together with the Project Manager
* You work closely with Engineering for specific customised work
* You check the quality of the products and make any necessary corrections
* You also think proactively about process improvements and work with colleagues to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
* You have experience in managing a team
* You have very good practical knowledge of metal constructions, mechanics, welding techniques and steel types
* Drawings and plans hold no secrets for you
