We are looking for an HR Specialist for a multinational engineering company based in Sant Cugat.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support in general HR tasks: recruitment, interviews, headhunting.
* Administration: contract management, liaison with the accounting firm, career plans, various documentation.
* Coordination of address changes, absences, new hires, profile modifications, and onboarding.
* Maintenance of employee lists and management of training and diplomas.
* Payroll management: handling variables and bonuses for the accounting firm (the payroll is processed by them).
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in generalist HR tasks.
* Fluent English.
* Strong organizational and management skills.
