Job Description This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, delivery visibility, prioritization, and capacity transparency within the Digital Channels department. The objective is to better structure and manage the operational workload, delivery tracking, and long-term capacity planning of Digital Channels specialties across teams and departments. Acting as the central coordination and execution backbone, the role ensures that priorities, capacity, dependencies, and timelines are aligned among all stakeholders. It proactively identifies risks and removes delivery obstacles to guarantee smooth execution. The position is fully dedicated to the end-to-end orchestration of digital deliveries, with a strong focus on Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities. It ensures consistent, aligned, and predictable delivery of digital initiatives and projects across multiple product lines, four countries, BT, the Digital Channels team, and other contributing departments. Responsibilities Orchestration of BAU Deliveries Own the day-to-day delivery management of key digital initiatives and BAU streams across Product Lines and countries Ensure end-to-end coordination from intake to delivery for initiatives involving digital components Drive coherence to avoid fragmentation or siloed execution of different elements of the same BAU plan across teams Ensure delivery commitments are realistic, properly sequenced, and aligned with existing team capacity Planning, Milestones, Risk and Dependency Management Maintain a single consolidated view of deliveries, highlighting overlaps, conflicts, and critical paths Actively manage interdependencies to avoid delivery bottlenecks or misalignment Ensure systematic tracking of progress, delivery status, risks, blockers, and required arbitrations Proactively surface issues early and coordinate discussions for resolution with the relevant stakeholders Propose prioritization options and coordinate review discussions to obtain alignment and consensus Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Maintain proactive and structured communication across all stakeholders Act as a trusted coordination partner between Product Lines, countries, BT, and Digital Channels Ensure expectations are aligned and that decisions are clearly communicated and followed through Facilitate delivery-focused discussions, steering conversations toward execution and tangible outcomes Capacity Planning & Workload Visibility Structure and maintain clear visibility on workload and capacity across teams Support the implementation and consistent use of time tracking and timesheets Translate strategic portfolio priorities into realistic delivery plans grounded in actual available capacity Contribute to improving forecasting accuracy and delivery predictability over time Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, coordination mechanisms, and tooling Help standardize delivery practices to reduce friction and improve execution speed Support the Group Service Manager with clear and structured insights on delivery performance and constraints Qualifications Proven experience in project or delivery management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and technology teams (BT) Experience working in international environments and across multiple countries Strong organizational, structuring, and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear oversight of timelines, dependencies, and risks Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and levels of seniority and drive alignment across stakeholders Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities and constraints Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Our offer Undetermined contract full time 36hours per week.
