Job description
Tasks:
* Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
* Give proposals for project strategies at the architecture / technical level, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of technical project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization.
* Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
* Coordinate the architecture community for technical analysis and architecture process implementation in sync with the Architecture Board decisions and organisation strategies.
* Facilitate architecture meetings (such as architecture board meetings, architecture team/project meetings, architecture communities) with focus on consensus building, decision clarity, stakeholder management & influence.
* Coaching and mentoring, promoting the architecture value rather than control. Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership to optimise and rationalise the IT portfolio.
* Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to create business, technical, solution and data architecture models that reflect the organization's strategies and goals.
* Provide solution architecture guidance.
Job requirements
Requirements and Expertise:
* At least 7 years of specific expertise in project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
* At least 5 years of specific expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile.
* At least 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such frameworks.
* At least 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture and business process modeling and associated tools such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN.
* At least 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS, Enterprise Architect.
* At least 3 years of knowledge in Confluence and Jira.
Certification and/or Standards:
* At least one of the following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks:
o Project Management Professional (PMP)
o PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
o PM2

* Project management
* Good governance skills, and strong leadership/coordination abilities
* Good communications skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to combine different skills and experiences to address business, information, and technology-related opportunities and problems
